Improdex was taking its first steps in the area of plastic processing by processing simple materials from the polyolefines group. Gained experience in the following years, modernised stock of machinery and growing clients' expectations made us take up production of technical materials such as: polycarbonates, polyacetals, polyamides 6, 6.6, 12. They are often enriched with glass fibre, impact resistance modified and resistant to high temperatures. Their participation in total annual usage of production materials is now 70%.

Moreover, we also process a whole range of thermoplastic materials, such as: PP, HDPE, LDPE, PS, ABS, ABS-PC, SAN, PMMA, PUR, PET, TPE, PPA and thermoplastic materials requiring very high temperatures of processing reaching up to 400 oC - PEI.

Detailed selection of material suppliers, their periodical verification and our high requirements enable us to maintain stable quality of production and provide repeatability both of shape and products' colours. These requirements also eliminate logistical problems connected with unpunctual deliveries. Among the manufactures we closely cooperate with, there are BAYER, DuPont, Rhodia, DOW, EMS, Basel Orlen Polyolefines, BASF, Schulman and many more.
