Improdex was set up in 1990, by Stefan Bu³ka Senior. The company is a family enterprise operating as a limited liability company. Since 1994 its main scope of business operations is processing of thermoplastic materials using injection technique.

The first manufactured products were small-size interior components for rod-type curtain rails and ceiling rails. Within the following years the company has extended the scope of offered products in its branch, increased availability of colours, accustomed new technologies and extended area of production.



In 1996 the company started retail and wholesale of curtain rails and accessories. Having strengthened its position within the county, Improdex has also started to cooperate with foreign companies exporting its products to many European countries. Our stock of machinery, gained experience and certified quality assurance system enabled us in 1998 to start a new chapter in company's activity - a production of components for leading companies in the automotive industry. Our company has been trusted by world automotive concerns who have added us the group of their qualified suppliers. Another step in the history of the company was, beginning in 2001, starting the production of components for electro-technical industry.

As a consequence of company's dynamic development - extending production and warehouse area as well as constant extension of machinery stock - construction of company's new headquarters was accomplished in March 2006. At present, thanks to employees' engagement, selection of suppliers, paying attention to client's satisfaction and high quality production, Improdex is a significant partner to the interior equipment, automotive and electro-technical branch clients.
